How does Save Me NOW work, we load a small program (via a Secure and Encrypted Connection) onto your computer (temporarily) that will allow us to see your System as if we were sitting at it. We will have MONITORED access to your Screen (You can see everything we do), components, and setup information that will be used to find, assess and figure out how to Save You NOW. If for any reason we cannot fix your problem via Save Me NOW we will then co-ordinate a site visit or discuss other options to get you back on track. At the end of the Save Me NOW session the software that we installed will then be removed leaving no trace of our Consultation. AT NO TIME CAN WE/WILL WE EVER ACCESS YOUR MACHINES WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION.

All MIS Service technicians are trained on the software that we support, including Amicus Attorney, Worldox, ClickDoc and Microsoft Server and Desktop Products. Our offices are based in Long Beach CA and all service providers are US based, WE DO NOT USE FORIGN OUTSOURCED SERVICE ENGINEERS.

Save Me NOW is a BEST EFFORT service and by NO means is a GAURANTEED resolution. There are still many items such as failing hardware that cannot be corrected or diagnosed via a software connection. Any and all charges are for CONSULTING SERVICES and such TIME is what will be BILLED FOR. There are no warranties expressed or implied with this service. By accepting our invite to Save You NOW or Remote Service you are accepting these terms, and you may at any time disconnect the service session, but will be liable for any time spent to that point.

Billing rates for Save Me Now are M-F 8am to 6pm $150.00 per hour, billed in tenths of an hour after the first hour. Holidays, weekends and after hour rates are time and a half. To begin a session we will ask for billing information up front acquire a Credit Card Authorization and then bill for actual time at the end of the support session. Contact your Service Professional to learn about our discount programs. By providing your billing information and entering the unique Service PIN to initiate this service session you are agreeing to our service terms.
